Windcrest Golf Club is a small private golf club just 10 min. from downtown San Antonio and Ft Sam with easy access from 410/I-35. WGC is a nine hole course with three sets of tees, tree lined fairways with five par 4s, three par 3s, and one par 5, a putting green, practice net, club and cart storage.  Our club house features a full bar and offers sandwiches and snacks.  It also features card rooms for bridge, etc. and an upstairs party room and dance floor, that can be rented.   Since we are a small club, there is NO waiting to play---even on the weekends!  I know its hard to believe, but most of our members play during the week and take the weekend off.  It's a great place to start or polish your game, walk or ride, rent or own a golf cart.  The readers of the San Antonio Express have found our course and voted it the best 9 hole course in the area.
